okey lemme ask u guys this simple qn and i hope u guys can give some comments on what u personaly think.
Do u guys actually like to be friends with fat obese ppl like me? or someone fatter?
i would guess the ans would have to be a big NO. why? is it because we fat ppl are clumsy? too obese and ugly to look at? embarrased to be in a relationship with a fat person? embarrassed to be teased at by friends if ur with a fat partner? find us very troublesome? when walking beside u guys, felt irritated that we always bang against u guys? is that what u guys hate about us THE fat ppl?
i really wonder why fat ppl are being discriminated against. its like we hate the indian. ( trying not to be racist here.. just trying to give an example). i think that in this yr, life, time tat we are living in, nothing is fair..it always the good vs the bad (seems like we the fat ppl are bad). im feeling very fed up with the behaviour that ppl are treating the fat community so i had to voice it out.
i watch a documentary on what do the ppl feel when they see a fat lady. and i truely felt sorry for them. i feel the same way as them. especially when the fat ladies find it hard to find a lifetime partner. its like u go for a match making session and there u are, surrounded by males with females who are slimmer than u and basically the males would rather talk to the slim ladies then to you and u feel sooo left out. TOTALLY!
see, these kind of thing will make the fat community feel left out, feel no self-confidence and low self esteem. this is how i feel too.
in singapore, there are many clothes that i wanna buy but cant cause of the size.. the only have like xxs - xl thats all.. so the only shop that i could buy clothes is from Dorothy Perkins and sometimes in queensway shopping centre. those are the only two shops in singaopore that has nice designs and that has BIG BIG SIZES fer ppl like me.
so what do ppl look for in a person first? personality or appearance?
