went to meet my singing album ppl for a mini lunch. mini meant less than 10 ppl attended.. what a disappointment... smsed hy to meet early cause i decided to cancel my late afternoon appointment. i feel that being the background ppl for someone else's music video is nothing to me though to someone else its sth to them. well they want the ATTENTION. i dont.
next on.. and so i met hy at bugis, i treated her to coffee bean cause i got 40 dollar voucher. yippee!! actually i got only 30 bucks. my friend, he got 100 and so my other friend and i asked him to treat us. so he gave us 10 bucks each. ain't he generous!!
went to the new building called 'icon'. review: not much interesting things there though there was this shop that sells this crocodile skin bag for like 79 bucks and i tell you, i fell in love with it. miss selfridge also sell sth like that but it cost like 89 bucks, so expensivo. have to get a job then can buy that bag. hopefully it will be there for ever..lol..
i was supposed to make a review on that icon building rite? ok, shops sells almost the same as what bugis village sells. the difference is that it has air-con, it is really really small that you can browse from level 1- 6 within 45 mins. if u love the things there, then its a different story.
passed by this shop that does temp hair styles, make up for occassions, nails etc. hy n i was looking at the price on the door, thought that we would leave after that but no, i ended up having conversation with the lady boss. she flattered me. she asked me if i put fake eye lash. i told her no, its naturally long. then she said my nails was nice, where did i do it. laughing, i told her i did it myself. did not do any manicure..lol... (now now mel, be humble..)
next, we went to bugis village to help find a bag for hy. hy, I LIKE UR BAG. its not ugly. managed to bargain but only got 3 bucks discount. oh well.. oh yah, when we were at icon, i saw this earing that is really unique, i like... but it cost abt 8 bucks so i didnt buy.. but we were at bugis village and we passed by this earing shop and i saw the exact same design n colour. guess how much it cost??
there had this sign that says 1 for $2, 3 for $5. sooo cheap!! of course i bought it, it will be a pity if i dont buy.. i save myself 6 bucks. thats a lot. 6 bucks can buy me a mushroom swiss burger already..lol...
during dinner hy was the ultimate eater.(seriously, like in a sushi restaurant, her colour plates is more than mine. she loves bread more than i do.) i couldn't eat more than 5 mouthful of the speghetti n the salad. i was still full from that lunch gathering. i was drinking and talking while she was eating and talking. she managed to finish up both dishes.. lol.. hy, increase ur sit ups..lol..
