Life is unpredictable
Today I was working for my mom. I needed to earn extra income since my waitressing doesn't pay that much. We cleaned 4 condo units at 2 different places. My job was to vaccum, wipe the area and tidy up the place. I thought it would be an easy peasy thing but nooo, it was a tough job! The place is not small. Try doing 4 bedrooms, the living room and the dining room. But I can't complain cause my mom does more cleaning than me. I calculated how much I earned today and I can say that what I earn today is what I get in 1 mth when I work as a part-time waitress. Cool moolah right!
The good thing in working with my mom is that I can on the air-con in those houses while we clean..lol.. not we pay what and somemore we work so hard.

Don't you hate it when you want to organise a gathering, you start inviting them and they would always say ' sry I can't make it' or 'don't think can' .. yes there is always a good reason to that sentence but its just that it would be nice for ONCE if they would all come and enjoy the merry making.
I was telling deb abt it and I told her, the only time when all of them would or will come is during ur funeral or your wedding and she didn't hesitate to agree with me. Its true. Just think about it.
And another thing I don't like is when u msg someone and they never reply you. When its sth important, they won't reply you too. Take for example, I smsed to two of my friends to meet up then head on to my friend's party. None of them replied back. I smsed them the night before and still no reply from them. Then on the day itself, I had to sms the host. She told me that both of them could not come.
Frankly, I am disappointed that I had to know from the host that they are not coming. Can't they rely a short msg saying that they can't go? Then I won't have to wait anxiously. You can call me petty or whatever names u want but this has troubled me till now. Thought I could get over it but no. Thought I could close one eye abt it but no. It just hurts too much.
That's Mel's life. She get to experience the sour taste of life.
