Ahh finally I can blog abt my holiday to korea. Was totally busy. Morning :work with my mom. Night: resizing my 700 odd pics. It was too many that I took 3 days to finish them. How come took so many? I took buildings, men, ppl, flowers, trees, mountains, teddy bears many many more. Just so I won't miss korea. Hahahahaha..
All right let's not waste time. So how was my holiday?? It was fantastic!! I would want to go back there again! The weather though was really cold, but I love it. At least its not as cold as winter. Best time to go is late march onwards, in case you guys want to go. :)
Everyone in the tour was really friendly to one another. I'm lucky that I get to meet friendly ppl there. Made friends with all of them except for one. (let's not go into there). The tour guide is funny, the tour leader is fun to be with and the photographer is gd at his job. lol..
Didn't get to do much shopping as the clothes there are super duper expensive. Like a normal office blouse starts at 40 bucks. What more adding a few laces. How much would that cost? 70-80 bucks! Lets not talk abt bags, cost even more. But you see, to the koreans, its normal to them. But I bought food more than material things. haha.. as they are much more useful. I bought the one and only blouse. Couldn't try it, not allowed to try. In the end, I tried it at the hotel room and I couldn't wear! sad... BUT I bought sunglasses, shoes, teddy bear and cosmetics. hehe...they are cheaper than the blouse. Too many stories to tell but so little space. Oh well, let's play pictionary! 4)Went to an orgnic strawberry farm. Its so sweet! 2) korean ppl like to use stones to make a small mountain and they would make a wish after that.1) the mountain that looks like donkey's ears. 3) made a wish 7)Got to play with jackie. hahaha
1) Vanessa n me went out in search of the entertainment industies that I so looking forward to. Taking the train wasn't so bad after all. 2) went to namsan- tower. The scenery from there was absolutely wonderful. I love the toilet very very much! how I wish my own toilet was like that too.. hahaha.. 3) protest! yes passed the protest place. There were sooo many policemen on guard. tsk tsk. scary. oh and the poster that I took with was at another venue. Infront of the blue house palace.
This was the 1st hotel that we stayed at. The place was just beautiful! 1) took at the lobby's toilet. Pretty! 2) The staircase that leads to the restaurant. 3) Look at the huge beautiful chandelier! 4) That's my room's toilet! Cool right! oh and my toilet seat has a warmer too.. hahaha. 5) Waiting for the lift to go to the lobby. 6) the grp waiting for the room keys. 8) that's my room. the bed is oh-so-comfortable.its bigger than my dad's king size bed.
KOREAN GUYS ( NOT ALL) WHO ARE BELOW 30 YRS OF AGE ARE ACTUALLY GOOD LOOKING AND HANDSOMELY DRESSED. REALLY.
TOOK LOADS OF PICS OF NICELY DRESSED MEN. 1) okey that guy sells psuedo brands like LV, gucci n dior. He is really cute I tell you, funny too. he was soo fascinated by my camera too he has never seen a camera as slim as mine his expression was priceless when he tired to open it hahahaha. He asked me where im from, I said spore and he was like "OOOOH spore!' then he quickly tells his friend abt it. hahaha cute cute.. oh and I spotted two men who wear wearing tiger and horse hat respectively. weird ppl.. haha
I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS PICTURE! THE UNSUCCESSFUL ONE WAS TAKEN BY ME AND MY NEW FOUND FRIEND. HORRIBLE RITE. THEN BEFORE LEAVING, THAT GUY'S BUS WAS RIGHT BESIDE MINE!! THEN I ASKED MY TOUR LEADER TO HELP ME TAKE A PIC OF MYSELF BUT MUST HAVE THE GUY BEHIND ME. I FELT SO SHY N PAISEH LEH, SHE ASKED ME TO MOVE BACK N I WAS PROTESTING! THEN SHE CALLED THE GUY TO COME FORWARD. HAHAHA MY FACE WAS RED AT THAT TIME NOT BECAUSE I WAS SHY, APPARENTLY I DRANK 5 SHOTS OF GINSENG RICE WINE. 1 SHOT MORE THAN THE OTHERS.LOL.. BUT REALLY, THAT CUTE KOREAN GUY'S SIDE FACE LOOKS LIKE HYUN-BIN. :) :) :)
1) GINSENG CHICKEN WITH THE RICE WINE! SUPER NICE. 5) THAT IS DOPOKGI (RICE CAKE) THE SAUCE IS SUPER SPICY!! GAVE UP HALF WAY. 7) KFC N MACS. MAC'S WRAPPER IS MADE IN SPORE! HAHA. KFC CUP NEED TO GIVE BACK. RECYCLE MAH. 6) AIR PLANE'S FOOD ( SWEET N SOUR PRAWNS N FISH).

I SPOTTED TOO MANY CELEBRITY ADS. LOOK WHAT I SAW!! LONG TIME NO SEE STAR SHOT!! THOSE WERE THE DAYS RITE BABES.. HAHA. SAW MISSHA, FACE SHOP AND MANY OTHER COSMETIC BRAND SHOPS. BOUGHT NAIL POLISH FROM TONY MOLLY. PRICE IS RESONABLE.
