Annyong haseyo!
This past week I've had a blast and I'm happy! for now. Let's see... I went to see king n I on tue, then on wed I went to Singfest and on thurs, I went east coast beach with my classmates. It was a blast!!!
OOOh I don't know where to start!! Took lots of photos and did a music video with my classmates at east coast beach. It was hilarious! I showed my sister and she kept laughing.
Singfest was awesome!! Shaggy, Sugar Ray, Cyndi Lauper and THE Pet Shop Boys were the best I'd say! I'm not really familiar with The stranglers so I don't know all their songs. Took videos of their performances so you guys can go youtube and see. just google singfest and find my nick 'melnolissa'. The sound quality from my camera is much better :)
Oh did I say that glenn was dancing beside me during sugar ray's performance?! It was nice, to see someone famous dancing beside you. Hands waving up in the air and singing to the tune. Priceless I tell ya. Saw tim, shan and ros and soo. soo's crazy over the pet shop boys. She was dancing and jumping to their songs and suddenly she tripped and fell! hahaha!! (imagine a drunk person lost their footing. sth like that) Mitch was telling me that though the tickets are really expensive but just think: 6 bands,8 hours. Its actually worth it. Let's say you buy a ticket priced at 150. You only get to watch that show/concert for 2.5 hrs. If ever there will be another singfest, I would want to go. cause its worth it. Well I will only go if the bands are those I know of.
Okey enough of that. Thursday went cycling with my classmates. Cycled for 2.5 hrs!! and it was the most expensive one ever! Sigh.. hate it. Hate cycling too! If you cycle for long, your private part there pain like hell!! After riding, I had to sit slowly. Even the next day! gosh... We took lots of photos. Cute girl pictures, crazy ones etc etc etc. haha. oh and we decided to do a music video! it was hilarious. kept laughing until now. I showed my sister the video and she couldn't stop laughing. I posted it on youtube. So you all can go check it out. If you're feeling down just look at the video. Maybe it'll help. :)
Didn't get to watch the national day parade though. Couldn't be bothered. Went to eat bak chaw mee after that.
Today my dad brought us, the family, to east coast beach to eat seafood! Went to long beach to eat. The food was delicious! Don't know what's the occasion. Don't know, don't ask, just enjoy. hehehe... when we sat down, my dad was asking us 'so what do you all want?' my brother and sis said 'crab!' I was the only one who said 'prawns!' They know its my favourite. sweet!.. haha okok I'm gonna post the pictures up on the next entry. too much words here. hahaha chao!
