AVP2 review

I can't remember whether I watched the first. But I kept hearing people saying that they can't wait for the 2nd avp to be shown so I guess the 1st was damn good. And so I went to watch it with tanya and api.
Moving on, the starting was alright to me. The action was of course nice. But to me it was alright. There's the usual ememies fighting with each other and then BAM! the space ship crashes into earth (of all planet it must be earth..nvm..). I felt sorry for the young boy. Then from there the alien went feeding on humans to mulitply their species. I don't want to tell the whole thing as I guess you guys kind of know what the ending will be like.
What questions me is:
1) the predator- why was there only ONE predator being sent to earth to fight against hundereds of aliens? I find that stupid. That predator should call for help from its planet. That way the aliens will all be dead instead of multiplying. Humans lives will not be lost too.
2) the story line was the worst I have seen in my history of movies. I noticed that there was more screen time on pregnant women being devoured by the aliens compared to solo humans being killed. See this is just wrong. I really pitied those pregnant women being killed. And they showed the nursery part made me have no interest in enjoying the movie. Eventually the whole town was wiped out. It made me soo grossed out and disliked the show even more.
I liked the part where there was this woman who said the goverment doesn't lie. The audience were laughing and snickering. Hope you guys know what I mean.
And soo if you guys wanna watch it go ahead. But don't expect it to be as exciting as the 1st. I know I'm not looking forward to the 3rd sequel. Unless critics says it is way better than this 2nd sequel then maybe I will go watch it.
