its not easy

its not easy being a recording artist. recording in the studio has a totally different sound than outside. today was the most tiring day for recording for me and my pals. one note makes a difference and if one sings flat or sharp, redo the whole thing. dang, at times when we had to redo part of the verse again n again n again, it just makes it boring and we would feel tired.. they kept telling us to have some groove in it, have some mood in it. how to have mood when we have to repeat n repeat n repeat?? and mind you, the recording studio is soo small and there is no ventilation in there not even an aircon.

but it was fun, knowing how recording takes place. you get to hear them from inside and they get to talk to you from outside using the mike.we started our practice at 2.30 it streatched until 10.30 pm.. yes almost 8 hrs.. damn tiring. in the end we only get to record one quarter of the song. we havent even sung the chorus! this shows how bad our voice sounds. and i agree. outside the studio we sang ok. but inside the studio we were horrible!

i am sooo tired after the recording..tml have to work in the morning.. hopefully my gay guy would be coming. didnt get to see him for 1 month.. kinda miss him. hopefully he would bring his partner or friend..hehe
